Fun Rickshaw Ride by : Manios Loannis

Visited Beijing for a couple days and had a great time. Really enjoyed visiting the narrow alleys the most! And the rickshaw ride made it more fun and enjoyable! Kind of in a rush yet I really enjoyed traversing through fascinating neighborhood down there. It was a really enjoyable trip in such simplistic way. Just a nice stroll through the unseen splendor of Beijing. Had a chance to see how the locals led their lives and really loved the laidback atmosphere in those alleys. The slow pace down there was so different from the craziness of the city center and those bustling blocks. Definitely highlight of my trip to Beijing and great experience!

Highlight of My First Visit to Beijing by : Baris Yilmaz

Last week I had a great day trip in Beijing. Most impressive was my visit to the imperial palace. While wandering around the palatial complex, it was easy to get lost in a maze of courtyards, halls and passageways. The Forbidden City itself is really huge. There, all the rooftops were painted and covered with odd-shaped tiles and eaves. The complex felt like a crisscrossed maze with countless delights at every bend.
The most popular areas were a bit packed with crowd, making it difficult to take some decent pictures. Anyway, the painting and architecture as well as dazzling array of exhibits are stunning and worth seeing. The time I was hanging around the palace felt like traveling back in time! It was just incredible!

Best Day Hike by : Ravi Chandarana

Really glad we did this tour! Had an incredible hike on the restored wall. The sight of the snaking wall meandering all over the rugged mountains was as amazing as it could be. Completely blew me away and I loved it over there. Definitely a great way to take in outdoors of Beijing with the fun hike and adventure on the wall. Everything went as anticipated – our guide was fantastic and very helpful, itinerary well organized too. Loved it!
