Summer Palace

In the November 1998, Summer Palace was listed into World Heritage Site by the UNESCO. The World Heritage Committee Center evaluated that Beijing Summer Palace was first built in the 1750. In 1860, it was destroyed completely in the war. It was rebuilt on the original site in 1886. The landscapes, pavilions, corridors, palaces, temples and small bridges are perfectly matched with each other, making the garden the masterpiece in terms of the Chinese gardens.
