My 4 Days Beijing Bus Tour to World Heritage

My husband and I visited Beijing two weeks ago. Beijing is our first destination in China. We intended to have a journey in China including Beijing, Shanghai and Xian. So we planned to visit the most famous attractions in Beijing such as the Great Wall, Forbidden City Summer Palace, etc. Just of us, we booked the 4 days Beijing bus tour package with great transfer service.

First day arrived in Beijing, the driver held a sign in exit, picked us up and transferred us to the hotel in Beijing. Rest of the day, we have good sleep in hotel. At night, we enjoyed the night view of Beijing around the hotel.

Badaling Great Wall Tour

Second day, after breakfast, the tour guide and driver picked us up on departure time. And transferred to Ming Tombs and visited the Changling. It took about 1 hour in Ming Tombs and moved on to Badaling Great Wall. Before Badaling Great Wall, we had a traditional Chinese lunch. Badaling Great Wall is the most famous and first opened section to the public. Well-preserved section, Badaling attracts large number of tourists. That day is no exception. Crowded with people, Badaling section was hard for us o climb, so we took the cable car to enjoy the beautiful and famous scenery of Badaling Scenic Spot.

Tiananmen Square

Third day, also after breakfast in hotel, we were picked up to Beijing downtown to visit the Tiananmen Square first. It is the largest city center square in the world, gathered several famous constructions such as Chair Mao Memorial Hall, Monument to the People's Heroes, etc. Then we moved on to Forbidden City, the best preserved imperial palace in China and the largest ancient palatial structure in the world. We were shocked by the magnificent architecture and arts in Ming and Qing Dynasties of China. Drove 20 minutes from Forbidden City, we got the Temple of Heaven, the place for emperors to sacrifice heaven for harvest. Hard to image, the functions of constructions was divided so clearly and luxuriously. After lunch, we head to Summer Palace, the largest imperial garden in China, including various historical sites. After this day, we had a strong feeling of admire for Chinese people.

The last day in Beijing, we have free time in Beijing to the ancient Beijing hutongs to appreciate the local life in Beijing. In afternoon, the driver picked us up and transferred to airport on time. Beijing, we would enjoy you again!
