Itinerary of: Dreams Tour of China

Day 1
Arrival in Beijing

Our guide will meet you outside the baggage claim area at Beijing Airport and transfer you to the hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.

Day 2
Beijing (B, L, D)
Peking Opera

Pick you up from your hotel and visit the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. The Beijing Duck Dinner is served at a famous restaurant followed by a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre. After the tour, transfer back to your hotel.
- Tiananmen Square: the largest public square in the world. It is 880 meters from north to south, and 500 meters from east to west, with a total area of 440,000 square meters and can hold one million people.
- Forbidden City: the largest ancient imperial palaces where 24 emperors, 14 of the Ming and 10 of the Qing, ruled the country from here over a span of nearly 500 years.
- Temple of Heaven: The perimeter of the Temple of Heaven is 6,369 meters with 6 meters high. The temple was the place where the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for good harvests.

Day 3
Beijing (B, L)
Badaling Great Wall

Pick you up from your hotel and take you to visit the Badaling Great Wall. To avoid having lunch at shopping site restaurants, you will be driven to have Sichuan food at a local popular restaurant. Visit the Sacred Way, the Ming Tomb, the Bird's Nest (Olympic National Stadium) and the Water Cube (Olympic Aquatic Center) in the afternoon. After the day tour, transfer back to your hotel.
- Badaling Great Wall: As its name implies it gives access to every direction. With an elevation of 600 meters it is the most famous and best-preserved section of the Great Wall.
- Ming Tomb: also called Shisanling (literally, Thirteen Tombs), it is the largest clusters of imperial cemeteries in China. They are mausoleums of thirteen emperors of the Ming Dynasty.
- Sacred Road: Which means the road leading to heaven is lined with 18 pairs of stone human figures and animals, they are important decorations of the mausoleum.

Day 4
Beijing - Xian (B, L)
Xian Ancient City Wall

Pick you up from your hotel and visit the Summer Palace. Take a flight to Xian and transfer to the Hotel. One the way to the hotel, visit Xian Ancient City Wall.
- Summer Palace: the largest and best preserved imperial garden of the Qing Dynasty extant in Beijing, as well as a famous classical imperial garden.
- Xian Ancient City Wall: the most complete city wall survived in China as well as one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world.

Day 5
Xian (B, L, D)
Terra Cotta Worriors

Pick you up from your hotel and visit the Terra Cotta Warriors. To avoid having the poor food at the site, you will take highway back to downtown to have lunch at a well-known Cantonese cuisine restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. This evening you will be entertained with the marvelous Tang Dynasty Dinner Show in Tang Dynasty Palace (Add: No.75, Chang an Road, Xian).
- Terra Cotta Warriors: It is a part of the Qin emperor's tomb complex, the Terra Cotta Warriors is the greatest findings in the archeology world.
- Big Wild Goose Pagoda: the symbol of the long history of Xian, and a well-preserved ancient building and holy worshipping shrine for Buddhists.

Day 6
Xian - Shanghai (B, L)
Shanxi Provincial History Museum

Pick you up from your hotel and visit the Provincial History Museum and Great Mosque. Fly to Shanghai and transfer to the hotel.
- Provincial History Museum: Opened in 1991, the museum is a giant architectural in the Tang-dynasty style and it successfully symbolizes the great extent of Shaanxi history and its remarkable culture.
- Great Mosque:  is one of the oldest and best preserved as well as most renowned mosques in the country. It is northwest of the Drum Tower on 30 Huajue Lane.

Day 7
Shanghai (B, L)
the Bund

Pick you up from your hotel and visit the Shanghai Museum and the Yuyuan Garden. After lunch, transfer you to the Bund area, where you will take a cruise tour on the Huangpu River. After the tour, transfer back to your hotel.
- Shanghai Museum: ranked as China's best museum.
- Yuyuan Garden: a spiritual oasis in the midst of a booming city.
- The Bund: the picturesque bund with tall building of various tower over the river, looking as a museum of modern world architecture.

Day 8
Shanghai - Guilin (B)
Guilin Ethnic Dance

Free in the morning, and fly to Guilin in the afternoon, then transfer to hotel in Guilin. Enjoy the Ethnic Songs and Dances Show at Lijiang Theatre in the evening.

Day 9
Guilin - Yangshuo - Guilin (B, L)
Li River Cruise

Enduring memories are created today as you cruise down the Li River Cruise to Yangshuo. Transfer to the hotel. A short bicycle trip to the countryside will then be arranged. You will visit a local villager's home to experience the farmer's lifestyle there. Alternatively, you can take our electric car instead of taking bicycles. Then Return to Guilin.
- Li River Cruise: From Guilin to Yangshuo. To travel the river, one will find its natural sights vary in different weathers, but are all beautiful.
- Yangshuo: An ancient city town. Yangshuo is famous for its attractive hills and waters as well as its abundant production particularly for such fruits as sweet orange, tangerine, pomelo and persimmon.

Day 10
Guilin - Hongkong (B, L)
Seven Star Park

Pick you up from your hotel and visit the Reed Flute Cave, the Seven Star Park and the Elephant Trunk Hill. Take a flight to Hongkong and transfer to the Hotel.
- Reed Flute Cave: One of the most famous caves in Guilin. The 240-meter-long cave contains numerous grotesque-shaped stalactities that form four zones of the cave: Stone Forest, Heavenly Pillar and Cloud Mountain, Crystal Palace and Zigzagging Gallery.
- Seven Star Park: In the park is the famous Seven Stars Mountain, which has many water-eroded caves. Among these caves, the most famous scenic spot in the park is the Seven Stars Cave, which is inside the Putuo Hill.
- Elephant Trunk Hill: shapes just like an elephant drinking water from the river with its trunk, thus its name. The symbol of Guilin.

Victoria Bay

Free Day for you, we suggest you to visitVictoria Peak, Repulse Bay, Aberdeen and Stanley Market on your own.

Day 12
Departure from Hongkong (B)

Come to the airport and take the flight by yourself.

This tour was great! We saw the great wall, forbidden city, Terra Cotta Warriors and beautiful guilin scenery, and also visit Hong Kong, everything in this tour went so well and the tour guide always meet our demands, we felt so glad during this tour!
