Impressive Beijing Package Tour with Good Services - (2)

Second day was a substantial day, including the Simatai Great Wall, Huhai Area and Nanluoguxiang, we spent all our power there. Some people might ask why we did not visit the famous Badaling or Mutianyu Great Wall, because we wanted to see the real Great Wall in China without many traces of human restoration.

Original Wall at Simatai

The original section of the Great Wall at Simatai is far away from Beijing downtown, but it was worth it when you hike the Great Wall. On the way to the Great Wall, we were always interested in the scenery along the way. Arrived at the Great Wall at Simatai, we were amazed by the most original and featured wall. It is not well-maintained as other sections of the Great Wall, the wrecked walls showing us its glorious history and also records the events happened there. In order to experience it more closely, we hiked it personally. My husband was addicted into its charming views, but I was interested in the explanation by the tour guide about its history and the events. I thought they are the abundant resources for China and Beijing, and worth to explore and study. The damaged parts of walls approved it once was the battlefield long times ago, and they are also the traces left by time. I was contradictory I thought, one side I wish these historical sites can be protected very well, but one side I wish they can keep their original features to let later generations know what happened to them.

The Houhai area and the Nanluoguxiang are very impressive. The narrow lanes and quiet life style is the real ordinary life in Beijing. These interesting lanes and courtyards are the living environment actually. For Beijingers, they should value these surroundings and life style very much.

Impressive Beijing Package Tour with Good Services - (1)

I and my husband had an interesting experience in Beijing for this holiday. Not only the world famous scenic spots, but also the service offered by local travel agency, gave us an impressive tour. Including the airport transfer services, this package tour operator offered us the considerate services when we visiting the spectacular things in Beijing.

Magnificent View of Forbidden City

First trip day, we visited around Beijing downtown to enjoy the famous history and culture of Beijing and China by the attractions with long history. Must be referred is the Forbidden City, we had enjoyed it on TV or magazines, but it really is huge than my thought. When we close to it, I found we just seemed like the ants compared with its high wall and big gates. The general color of this city is red symbolizes the happiness I thought. It is said that the Forbidden City is the best preserved imperial palace in China. Since the third emperor of Ming Dynasty moved the capital from Nanjing to Beijing, it was the home to 24 emperors in Ming and Qing Dynasties until the last emperor in Qing Dynasty left it. From the tour guide, we knew this complex of architecture was rebuilt several times but still keeps its original features during so long time. Covering an area of 720,000 square meters, Forbidden City is the largest palatial structure in the world, which is one of the reasons why it attracts so many tourists from home and abroad to visit it.

Meanwhile, we also enjoyed the Temple of Heaven and City Planning Exhibition Hall after the Forbidden City trip, and the careful tour operator arranged a Kungfu Show in the evening, gave us a chance to know about the night life of Beijing. This day, we knew the past, present and future of this city which is an ideal city to settle down except the little pollution.

My 4 Days Splendid Beijing Tour Package with Hotel-(3)

It was the last day we stayed in Beijing, still arranged some scenic spots, including the Summer Palace and Olympic Green.

Long Gallery in Summer Palace

After so many scenic spots had visited in Beijing, the Summer Palace is one of the rare peaceful places, avoiding the hustle and bustle city life and pressure. During before days in Beijing, my husband and I are both interested in the history and culture of China, and it is said that the Summer Palace is also an ideal place to know more about Chinese history, besides the Forbidden City. I would like to say that this is one of the must-see attractions in Beijing and we really enjoyed our time there and felt like we could have stayed there forever. The lake is beautiful, the forest tranquil and lovely to stroll through, and the architecture fascinating. The most interesting thing is the local people take exercises there, and regarded the garden as their park to enjoy the peaceful time in it. Some people do some handwork there and communicated with each other happily. Variety of palaces, gardens, and other classical style architectural structures... It's a real wonder that it is so well-preserved! I strongly recommend visiting the Tower of Buddhist Incense and getting out on the lake either on the dragon boat trip or by hiring a pedalo. It is the most relaxing way to enjoy the beautiful views in this best preserved imperial garden in Beijing.

Before we took the airplane, we also visited the Olympic Green which has the main stadiums of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, I thought it is the must-see place when you visiting one of the cities which had held the Olympic Games. Ended with the airport transfer service, it is really an interesting tour package in Beijing with complete service and cheap price.
