Jingxi Gudao was once a 6meter wide road, paved with stones. The ancient path leads into the hinterland in the west mountain from three directions, gathering at the Wang Ping Kou and then extending to the west, hailed as the throat of the capital. Today the road we see is the essence of its export saddle section. The road is lined with a wide variety of bush and shrubs, which is the highlight of the most spectacular section of Jingxi Gudao. Mist haunts the trail give it a mysterious vibe, quietly telling the history of the vicissitudes of the road. Along the mountain road sits a very smooth path, suffused with fine and soft luster. It is difficult to imagine the smooth road and the rough mountain is actually the same kind of stone. The mansion is a traditional courtyard mansion of a style gaining much prestige in imperial Beijing. The magnificent building covered a large scale area of about 60, 000 square meters. The whole building is divided into two parts including the residence courtyard and the garden.
