1 Day Tour: Peking man site, Stone Forest Cave, Lugou Bridge
★★★★★Review written by : JulianAdded : February 27 , 2013

While in Beijing, I visited the Peking man caves in suburbs of Beijing, about 40-minute driving distance from Beijing downtown. It is different with the usual famous attractions in Beijing, is a museum in fact. Inside the museum, there are many pictures and lifelike status of Peking man showing the life conditions in that time. And there are various tools used by Peking man and some fossils of Peking man's bones. It was a shock tour to know about the ancestors.

1 Day Tour: Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace Tour

It was a sunny day in early spring, I with my daughter visited the Temple of Heaven and Summer Palace. These two spots are the gardens open to public, also are the ideal places to enjoy the early spring. The ice on Kunming Lake was melting, seemed to meet the arrival of spring. And you should care the melting lake where you cannot walk on it anymore. This garden is also a small museum worth to visit!

1 Day Tour: National Grand Theater, Financial Street, Wangfujing
★★★★★Review written by : BeatriceAdded : February 22 , 2013

Truly modern Beijing! By visiting the modern spots and buildings, I understood the developing city, especially the Wangfujing Street. It is one of the world famous shopping street as well as the Fifth Avenue, many shopping Malls and also some interesting streets around to do shopping in small stands. Here you will find the exotic foods of Beijing, but I didn't try any horrific foods. Be sure to bargain. They closed at about 10pm. It was a substantial day!
